Pleased with today traded on tennis which is a new area to me, didn't start well as Laura Robson's opponent decided she couldn't be bothered so cost me £26 as it was with betfair not a bookie. Really gutted about that and thought about stopping as i didn't want to chase a loss

Made some back on various games often backing at around 1.4 to lay at 1.2, was putting on about 20-30 sometimes as much as 60 but I find myself fearing the big amounts more as dont want to loose it all.

Stopped at the Bogdanavic game as don't trust the Brits as they seem so inconsistent ...well apart from when their opponent retires!!

Then managed to trade a bit on the horses and got up to the magic 90 so thought i would go for the 100, managed to hit the big one and then had pone last flutter which left me on 99.43 which I am very pleased with.

Hoping to do more tennis trading tomorrow and pick up more of a feel for it but not sure how it goes once you get into the more professional and closer games, fingers crossed the gradual profit continues and I quite like betting on these markets are they are not as swift and decisive as horse races. Saying this the key is to keep grounded and not blow the lot being over confident or chasing a loss.

Need to make sure I keep my feet on the ground!! not nearly knowledgeable about it all yet so lets not get carried away
